Finally leaving Maine!!

After spending the weekend catching up with Erin's family on Sheepscott Lake, we are departing today for Southwest Harbor where Lucey (the boat we are on) will finally be put back into the water after a long awaited engine repair. Tomorrow we are departing for Boothbay Harbor, where we are spending the night after a long sail before leaving on Thursday for a port somewhere in Massachusetts. We hope to be on Cape Cod by Friday evening, and in Martha's Vineyard shortly thereafter. If all goes according to plan, Dan and Erin and possibly Taylor (the owner of the boat) should be flying to England to visit the Yarwoods (Dan's Family) shortly after we are moored safely in the Vineyard. Once we return, the journey will finally begin as we make our way down the east coast towards warmer waters and sunny beaches. Destination is yet unknown, but we are hoping to be in the Carribbean for the winter... who could complain??? We will be posting pictures and entries as often as possible so that everyone can follow us if they want. We already have 1100 pictures from our travels thus far, so we have lots to share with everyone. We miss and love you all and we are always thinking of our friends and families. We'll be talking with you soon!!!
